Julie K. Irving, RT (R) (M) (CT), CPC, founded XRAYZ 4U in 2000 in response to an overwhelming shortage and the high demand for medical imaging professionals, and her love of Radiology. She began supplying temporary and direct-hire personnel to healthcare facilities nationwide. In 2001, the company moved its headquarters from the Washington D.C. metro area to Virginia’s Northern Neck.

For many years the company’s primary focus remained in Radiology with expansions into Cardiology and Oncology. Due to shifts in staffing demands from its diverse clientele, Ms. Irving decided to expand its services in 2008. With educated recruiters, state of the art software and passion for what they do, the company continued its tremendous growth across the country and, in 2011, formed its new brand of ClearDay Healthcare Staffing.
